Currently our sessions are LIVE. They are

60 minute online Privates and classes via mat props or apparatus. 

The Pilates mat is quite challenging and. it could be just what you need. Some students have props such as foam rollers, bands, balls or even reformer/towers  and such. We can give you an amazing workout with you using your pilates apparatus. 

With our busy lifestyle it can be challenging to find time for ourselves. Live online lessons are a great way to fit in some “self-care” from the comfort of your own home, office, or travel destination. No need to worry about travel time, weather disruptions, or finding child care. Online lessons allow you to fit movement back into your life!

How does it work?

I use Zoom video conferencing for our online live sessions. Once you have scheduled an appointment you will receive a link by email. Five minutes before your lesson begins simple click the link to enter the meeting. If I am not there yet, don’t worry, I will join shortly. I will walk you through a 30 minute Pilates lesson on your mat tailored to your body. It’s that simple! You get the benefits of a private lesson structured to your needs from the comfort of your home. Please be sure to read our set-up & troubleshooting guide below prior to your first lesson. This will ensure we get to maximize our time together focusing on your movement goals.
