Joseph Pilates created apparatus fixed with springs that both assist and challenge a student. He also created a mat system that uses body weight and opposition for challenge. There are hundreds of exercises! Don't worry there won't be a test.
Great posture is the result of good practice. With the Pilates method your back, knees and shoulders might thank you.
Anyone can do it. Young, not so young, healthy and those with some challenges.
